Holy Week Presentation - Jesus Washes the Disciples Feet

This afternoon the Year 2 children and the Te Ika a Maui class retold the story of Holy Thursday when Jesus washed the disciples feet before the Last Supper.

Jesus Meal

Today the Year 1 children joined with Room 1 to have a meal together. They had food that Jesus might have eaten and dressed in clothes like Jesus would have worn when he was a boy.

Palm Sunday

This afternoon the Te Waka a Maui class presented the story of Palm Sunday.

St Patrick's Day

We all enjoyed spending time with the children of St Patrick's school and celebrating St Patrick's day together. The children from Room 5 looked after us very well.

Fiji Funds Day

We are all looking bright and colourful in our mufti clothes. We brought money to give to the people in Fiji.

Zacchaeus

In Religious Education we have been learning about how Jesus showed love and respect for people by sharing a meal with them. We know the story about how Jesus went home with Zacchaeus for tea.
